This is why I love using a rubric for papers and then writing a small paragraph at the end of the writing assignment. If a student wants more feedback or help, that’s what office hours are for.

If I like the prof, I read the comments! With Honors I always had to… With teachers I didn’t like/get respect from, I didn’t read their comments. But that’s just me and I can def be a b.
